Pomme De Terre Recreation Area (Recreation Area) · Open Access
Nemo Landing is a camping facility that offers access to the upper end of the Pomme de Terre Lindley Arm of the Lake. This area offers overnight camping, a swim beach, boat ramp and courtesy loading dock, showers, picnic shelters and a playground. Camping is allowed but is bought separately. Visitors will be able to purchase a day-use pass for $5.00 to launch boats from this ramp and access the beach. Annual Day-Use and America the Beautiful passes will also be honored at this location and must be properly displayed. This day-use area is open to the public year-round but only charges fees to use the beach from April 16th though September 30th and the boat ramp from March 1st through November 30th. This day use fee will be valid for the day of purchase at other recreational areas at Pomme de Terre Lake.
Parking at this location is available on a first -come, first-serve basis and not guranteed. Once on-site, follow the posted instructions. It is recommended to download the free http://Recreation.gov mobile app prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service: https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app
Day Use passes are purchasable at Nemo beach April 16th - September 30th and at Nemo boat ramp March 1st - November 30th.
