What we collect
- Your email address (to create your account and send sign-in links).
- Your mobile phone number, only if you opt in to SMS alerts.
- The products (watches) you choose to track and your alert-channel preferences.
How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the service: to authenticate you, to deliver the availability alerts you requested, and to support your account.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to send the SMS alerts you opted in to.
Your choices
You can remove any watch, disable any alert channel, or reply STOP to SMS at any time. To close your account or request deletion of your data, email support@spotopened.com.
