The service
SpotOpened lets you track sold-out products and be notified when they become available. Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis; availability can change between the time an alert is sent and when you act on it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and mobile number you provide and for activity under your account. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to resell alerts.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that any watched item will become available, that an alert will arrive in time to complete a purchase, or that a retailer will honor any price or stock. SpotOpened is not affiliated with the retailers whose inventory it monitors.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
