Enchantment Pass- Cibola NF & NG

The Enchantment Day and Annual Pass is a convenient payment option providing unlimited visits to day-use fee sites within five National Forests in New Mexico. The Enchantment pass offers an additional, high-value economic option alongside the suite of America the Beautiful passes.

The Enchantment Day and Annual passes are valid at all US Forest Service operated day use sites in New Mexico, including the Carson national Forest, Cibola National Forest and National Grasslands, Gila National Forest, Lincoln National Forest, and Santa Fe National Forest.

Enchantment Day Use Pass:

The 1-day pass admits the pass holder and occupants of a single, private, non-commercial vehicle at day use fee sites within National Forests in New Mexico. It excludes all concessionaire operated sites and overnight fees.

Enchantment Annual Pass:

• The Enchantment Annual Pass admits the pass holder and occupants of a single, private, non-commercial vehicle at day use fee sites within National Forests in New Mexico. It excludes all concessionaire operated sites and overnight fees.

• Admits the pass holder and up to three additional people (16 years of age old and older), not to exceed 4 adults total, at sites that charge a per-person fee.

• Not valid for Expanded Amenity Fees such as camping, tours, Special Recreation Permit, boat launches, or at concessionaire operated sites.

• Valid for one year from the month of purchase.

• Passes are interchangeable between all members of the same household.

• Frequent visitors of national forests in New Mexico may save money by buying an annual pass.

About the Forest: 

Cibola National Forest and National Grassland encompass 1.9 million acres. The four 'sky island' ranger districts: Sandia, Mountainair, Magdalena, and Mt. Taylor cover more than 1.6 million acres in New Mexico with elevations ranges up to 11,301 ft. The Cibola also has four wilderness areas: Sandia Mountain, Manzano Mountain, Withington and Apache kid and administers two National Grasslands in New Mexico: Kiowa and Rita Blanca.
