The online Seasonal Lottery for every Left Fork (Subway) trip, all year, with applications taken up to four months ahead and results emailed on the 27th.
Zion's own Left Fork (Subway) page says a Seasonal Lottery on Recreation.gov covers all trips, all year, with up to four date choices and one request per person, per canyon, per season. Its table takes applications November 1-25 for January-March trips, February 1-25 for April-June, May 1-25 for July-September and August 1-25 for October-December, with results emailed on the 27th. Top-down and bottom-up routes go through the same lottery. Group size is capped at 12.
