Olympic's own wilderness reservations page says the East Fork Quinault River Trail and Enchanted Valley have been managed as quota areas on a trial basis since 2024, for up to three years, capped at 208 users or 30 permits per night, whichever is reached first. Its permits come out in the same April 15 bulk release as the park's other quota areas.
