Mount Rainier's own wilderness permit page says the early access lottery opens in February each year, with the exact dates on Recreation.gov, and that successful applicants get an individual access window between March and April and may make one reservation until April 25. The page says a full Wonderland Trail itinerary is unlikely to be possible during or after the general on-sale. It publishes no 2027 lottery dates.
