Westminster resident families get the first summer camp registration date, a few days before non-residents.
Westminster's own camps page describes summer camp registration opening on staggered dates each year — resident families first, then non-resident families a few days later — for weekly sessions with no daily or partial-week option. We watch for next season's dates and alert members at each opening.
