Steamboat's own parking page and Steamboat Pilot coverage describe paid Upper Knoll Lot reservations at $22 a day, booked through the ParkMobile or Steamboat Carpool app by 10 p.m. the night before, plus 25 dedicated carpool spaces for 3+ people. Once reserved spots are gone the lot reverts to free first come, first served. We watch for that closing window.
