Foothills Park & Recreation District's own school-care and camps page lists tiered online registration at fixed times: summer opens at 6:30 a.m. to Tier 1 year-round families, then Tier 2 returning families and Tier 3 new families (both "limited availability"); 2026 winter break registration begins November 4 for enrolled families and November 11 for all others, "subject to availability". We alert at each tier's opening.
