Block 14 was one of 36 blocks used when Manzanar War Relocation Center was in operation. The NPS has reconstructed 2 barracks, a latrine, and a mess hall in Block 14. These buildings feature exhibits inside that help tell the story of Japanese American incarceration.

Getting there

The buildings of Block 14 are located to the northwest of the large white building that is the main park visitor center. The Block 14 buildings consists of two barracks buildings, a mess hall, and a latrine. Visitors can park just off the paved road next to the barracks buildings.
